Abstract : 

Drug use reviews or pharmacotherapy reviews constitute a practice common to practically all professional drug-related pharmaceutical services. From first aid kit review to pharmacotherapeutic follow-up and drug dispensation, reconciliation or indication: all of these services involve a review of the medication used by the patient.
