Abstract : 

Hypertension (HTN) is currently a major health problem in developed countries. It is a disease that considerably increases the risk of suffering a vascular event. It is asymptomatic, easy to measure and, in most cases, easy to treat, but without proper prevention and treatment it is associated with disability, reduced quality of life (it can damage organs like the heart, kidneys, brain, retina, etc.) and, finally, premature death. It is the cause of at least half of deaths from heart disease and stroke.
